high cpu usage when connected to charger

hii

i am using MacBook air.when i connect charger to my MBA the cpu load is showing around 50-60%(photoanalysisd is running) when i remove charger the cpu load is showing around 90-96%.can i know about that behaviour.will that create any problem to my mba?
